Wow! What a great value in a bathroom scale. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and am very happy with it. First, though I got it on sale, it is a super value even at the regular price. It looks great. (My wife even said she likes it which is nice.) Got it, popped in the batteries, skimmed the instructions on how to zero the scale (automatic, it zeros the first time you step on it after moving it to a new location) and done.

It seems to be a very accurate scale. Readings are consistent. If you weigh yourself wearing a robe, clothes, or heavy coat and then without, the scale will reflect your lower weight. I had just been weighed on a freshly calibrated scale at my physicians a week or so before getting this and the weight readings I am getting are consistent with that known good weight. So, as best I can tell, this scale does a good job.

The readout is large, has a backlight, and is easy to read. This was an important factor for me. The scale is thin, seems to be well made, and is extremely simple to use. Step on, wait for the readout to blink a few times and you have your weight (which displays for a bit longer after you step off). I looked at scales costing 3-4 times as much, but I’m very glad I went with this one. I don’t need a lot of fancy extraneous data, just an accurate weight and an easy to read display. I got what I need and am very pleased with the product.

The Good: 1) Well-shot professional release with decent sound and Kiss “Powervision”, allowing you to choose the camera angles. 2) Decent stage set, enthusiastic all-ages crowd, babes strategically in front 3) Decent song selection, including rarer live tracks like Love Her All I Can 4)Thayer and Singer are capable, dependable and decent veteran rock musicians who have been a part of the Kiss family a pretty long time, Thayer as aide/assistant/tech/archivist etc, Singer as former Kiss and Paul Stanley drummer. The Less Good: Gene looks pretty bloated, Paul’s voice is not fully there early on, and occasionally sounds strained later on…and Singer and Thayer look like kids in comparison. The Bad: 1) Lack of charismatic balance- Thayer and Singer, God bless em, are hired hands. They have the charisma and mystique of a head of lettuce. The make-up they wear has nothing to do with who they are. Ok it can be argued that Ace and Peter were also hired hands the second time around, but Gene and Paul paid for the chemistry, identity, charisma and mystique that came along with it. Not to mention- Peter has a great, unique voice and wrote Beth- you gotta miss that showcase! And what about Shock Me and New York Groove?? No more Ace vocals! You know, without the reunion, this DVD would not exist. 2) I don’t care if Gene and Paul own the make-up trademark. Singer and Thayer should have their own make-up designs, or take off the make-up (oh horror! Cuz you guys know you would be back doing 1500 seaters). Blasphemy. Bring out The Hawk and the…Lead Guitar Guy, hell resurrect Vinnie’s Ankh for goodness sake. But of course Gene and Paul fear that wouldn’t sell, and probably wanted to prove a point to Ace and Peter that the show goes on without them. Obviously there is no going back for them by this point. 3) Absolutely no mention of Ace or Peter- can anyone say Pravda? “I finally got to meet these guys after all these years” says a fan in one of the backstage segments. I was carrying my pedometer in my pocket to see how close I was to the 10,000 steps a day recommendation. That was an eye-opener! I thought I was an active person but I wasn’t even close. Anyway, the third day I used it, I didn’t even notice that it was still in my pocket when I threw my jeans in the washer. I was sick that I’d ruined it so soon. I unscrewed the back cover, took out the battery and left everything to dry for a couple days. I could hardly believe it when I put it back together and it worked fine. Needless to say, I won’t be doing that again. Set-up is easy, just don’t try to do it in a hurry. You need to have enough time to measure and enter an accurate stride length.

I bought this so that I wouldn’t have to advertise the fact that there is a GPS in the car when it is unattended.
No more “stalk” suction cupped to the windshield saying, “Break a window and find a prize.”
Not only does it do what it is supposed to, but an extra added feature is the fact that the “stalk” swivels 360 degrees and locks, allowing the the mounting position to conform to even the most uneven dash.
Add to that the fact that it can easily be moved from car to car, and you couldn’t ask for a better solution to your GPS mounting problem.

It’s fine. Easy to install and works good. I had to get a new program because my laptop crashed and I had to get a new one. Since the program only allows it to be installed on 3 computers; I had originally loaded it on my laptop, my daughter’s laptop, and my home computer, I couldn’t install the program again. It would be nice if we could have used my original program on my new laptop.

The card seemed to work fine in a point and shoot camera however it is not compatible with the GoPro HD Hero series video cameras. The symptoms you will see are corrupt video files, video recordings that stop by themselves, or ‘SOS’ on the camera display. Switched to a brand recommended by GoPro (Kingston or Patriot) and the problem went away. I hope this saves someone else the extra expense and time consuming troubleshooting I experienced.
