I bought a pack of these darts for my little sister and her friends to play dart tag with in the house. Prior to getting these, they would always shoot a couple rounds and pretty much give up due to the lack of ammo. However, getting these not only made the game more exciting for them, but also kept the game going! These are foam, so if they get stepped on, they won’t break, but over time, they’ll get worn and torn. For the price though, this is a steal (Also the fact that it has free shipping!)

Took a chance and bought this after reading the other reviews. I am really impressed, it really pulls up the water well, in fact, much better than my old machine that cost a lot more. I would recommend this to others.

–ORIGINAL REVIEW 05/19/10–

I bought this scale in January 2010 after searching for a scale with a large, backlit display that I could read without my glasses. I loved the clean design of this scale. I loved the backlit, easy to read display. I loved the ease of use.

What I don’t love is that after only five months it has stopped working.

The ‘tap to turn on’ feature doesn’t work. Period. In order to get a reading from this scale, I have to pull the batteries out and put them back in. Then I have to sit it down and wait for it to turn itself off. Then I lift up the scale and put it down firmly to trigger the display to read ‘0.0′ and step on. Even then, I don’t always get a consistent reading. The scale is really temperamental. I like to take my weight at least twice, sometimes three times. This scale used to be super accurate. Now I’m getting three different readings in the space of a few minutes. I doubt I can put on 20lbs in that time.

I researched all the different scale brands before making my purchase. I was really hoping that this scale would be what I was looking for. It is disappointing that this scale didn’t work out for me. I’m surprised it didn’t, especially since other Amazon customers have given it such great reviews.

***UPDATE 05/28/10***

A day after writing my original review, I was contacted by the CEO of EatSmart who offered his apologies for the disappointing experience I’d had with this product. The company sent me out a brand-new scale to replace the one I wrote the review about. So far this new scale has been everything I hoped the original one would be. It’s beautiful. It’s accurate to a fault. I can read the big, backlit display without having to wear my glasses. Even better, this newer model scale does not rely on the ‘tap to weigh’ feature – I can just stand right on the scale and my weight is displayed in a few seconds. How cool is that?

I loved this book, even though I have sold a lot of my books because of a lack of shelf space, this one I will always keep. Have already recommended it to many of my friends. Don’t want to say anything about the story, it is a treasure.

Nicely made and not as fearful looking as some have made it out to be. The unit is weighted with lead pellets and will conform to most dash and console configurations. The underside of the base, made of a non-slip rubber material, will hold well…. as long as the mounting surface(dashboard)is wiped clean occasionally with a mild cleaner. Additionally, it wouldn’t hurt to lighty wipe the rubber base underside with some common rubbing alcohol, when it loses some of its gripping properties, due to debris accumulation. That’s it !! No gimmicks or any magic needed !!

The mount stays in place and can be easily adjusted both vertically and horizontally, to afford a good view of the GPS screen.

To keep the thieves at bay, be sure to scoop up the ENTIRE unit (including the cord) when you leave the car. I use a small carry bag to handle the job.

I purchased a Wii console from Amazon after searching. So many places were out of them and I put it on my Wish List. I received a text the next week and quickly purchased it. It was delivered the very next day. I love my Wii. I’ve purchased the Wii Fit Plus and play on that almost every day. It’s loads of fun and I don’t feel like I’m working out. I’m glad I bought this for myself.

I read lots of reviews on the wide selection of bathroom scales before I chose the EatSmart. I’m glad I chose this one. It’s very attractive. I love the clear glass and the blue back light.

It’s very easy to read and I really like that it weighs in tenths of a pound. (125.4). You can also change it to weigh in kg. and stones with just a flip of a switch on the back. I also found it to be very accurate as I have weighed some things with known weights. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I haven’t needed it but I was also impressed with the comments about how great customer service is at EatSmart. Highly recommend this scale.
Dog Eat Butterfly

This was given to my daughter for her small house. The vacuum works fine so far, however, the belt broke after only running for maybe 30 minutes. So, I am still wondering how the rest of the vacuum holds up. Just hope she won’t have to replace the belt every time she vacuums. Otherwise, I think she likes it just fine. It qualified for free shipping, which was very fast. That was nice of Amazon.
