Read about Car Wall Adapter AC now

This scale does exactly what it is supposed to and looks great too. Seems like a very good company–they sent a follow up email about a month after my purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Scale is definitely reliable which is very important. The numbers are large enough to be easy to read.

Black USB Car Adapter focus

Its a SDHC card…it works. Might not be the biggest one out there, but on a 14MP camera I can get 1500 pictures which is plenty.

Lighter HQRP Car Cigarette no mad

I recently moved and am heavily dependent on my GPS. This device hugs the dashboard and has not fallen off. Those that stick to the window tend to dry up in hot weather and dump the GPS on the floor. It is easy to remove from the dashboard at each stop and replaces easily when I start the next leg of my trip. This is important as I would not be able to get home from some of the places I have visited if the device was stolen.

Happy on Kit Car Premium Magellan

Well I have been using this for a bit over a week now and here are my impressions:

Pros:
-Excellent build quality; very solid and holds my iPhone (in a Speck PixelSkin case) very sturdily.
-Good mounting of iPhone with swivelling dock connector and flexible/adjustable top clip.
-Fits iPhone perfectly with my Speck PixelSkin case. But be warned – it was adjusted to its highest point, so it wont fit a case larger than the PixelSkin.
-GPS fix more accurate than iPhone’s internal GPS. This resulted in less jerky movements and less jumping around during GPS application usage.

Cons:
-GPS signal dropped out far more often than my standalone TomTom PND. This is unacceptable in a product meant to improve GPS reception that actually uses the same GPS chip as the TomTom PND I am comparing it with.
-With kit mounted on windscreen the iPhone overheated and stopped working (displayed a temperature warning message and forced itself into sleep mode) once. Mind you this was after three hours of driving, directly towards the Australian summer sun on a 35C/95F day. This is not a shortcoming of this Magellan kit, but rather an issue with mounting iPhones in car windscreens in general.
-When switching the car ignition from ‘accessories’ to ‘run’ and then to ‘on’, the Magellan kit naturally loses power momentarily. However when it powers back on, it often would not sync with the iPhone’s Bluetooth as the power cycle was too fast. I would need to manually power cycle the Magellan kit (ie. remove power plug, then reconnect) allowing enough time for the iPhone to lose Bluetooth sync before re-establishing the power.

MAJOR MAJOR CON:
-When you plug a 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX connector on the Magellan kit (for attaching to a car stereo, or external powered speakers, etc.), the music and application sounds CONTINUE COMING OUT OF THE BUILT-IN SPEAKER!!! This is a ridiculous design, as it means to listen to music through your car stereo without the crappy built-in speaker ruining the mu

Take Sierra Car 2 Tools now

I first bought the Maxsa version of this device (virtually identical to the Sierra, clearly the same manufacturer). All was well at first, both lights nice and bright. But after only two weeks, one of the laser lights went dim. It still comes on, but not nearly bright enough to be of use. Since we liked the system during the short time it worked, we decided to roll the dice again, hoping for a better outcome with the Sierra version. Guess what, the EXACT same thing happened (one light on, but too dim to be of use), but this time time it happened DURING THE INITIAL AIMING PROCESS! So, I now have two of these things installed in my garage, each of them with only half of it working.

This version has an additional problem, BTW– it doesn’t come on until too late, and doesn’t stay on long enough. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t think about Sony J200c Ericsson Car

I do like the safety afforded by the double wall of protection but I do NOT like the ‘holster’ because it is not so easy to put the phone in and then it comes out too easily….and even gets caught on something and comes out. Sometimes when trying to put the phone into the holster….. part of the rubber protection gets caught and must be put back before trying again. I do not wear it on a belt so if one did it would not come out so easily and would be more secure. I wear mine on the pant’s front pocket top. I have had 3 iphones, and probably 8-10 different cases. I am alwas looking for the next best one. This is by far the most secure but also the bulkiest.
