This product is very well engineered and easy to use. Our carpet was cleaner than when we had professionals clean it. Moreover, it was dryer than when the professional cleaned it. We even used it on room size and smaller oriental rugs that we have been afraid to clean. It uncovered the long lost vibrant colors. Now, getting these results takes time and patients. Go slowly and be prepared to refill the solution and empty the recovery tank often. Also buy plenty of solution. We found that the Hoover carpet/upholstery detergent worked well without pre-treating stains. However, ordering that on-line was not satisfactory.

I was not sure I would like this book, even after seeing the high reviews it received. I finally gave it a shot, and my only disappointment was that I waited so long to read it. I LOVED it, and finished the book in 3 days. I really liked the characters and various writing styles thoughout the book. It’s a beautiful story and I hope it becomes a film one day soon!
